Circadian rhythm?

Read a little about this and that most people reach their peak fitness performance rate later in the day when their body temperature is at its highest. I gave jogging a try around 4 p.m. yesterday – and it felt awful! So today I reverted to mornings.

I had wanted also to ensure that intentional time with God was given a morning priority and not occasionally squeezed out by the necessary exercise and driving Vicki somewhere etc. Perhaps I will just get up even earlier than 5. 30 a.m. to ensure ample time for both God and running!

Other than this, recent time has been pre-occupied with a forthcoming wedding, Vicki being responsible for much of it and needing my practical assistance as a ‘taxi-driver’. So creative thought can wait until after tomorrow!

And Christmas preparations might then start too!
